Before You Call It… is an interactive anti-bias professional learning experience that challenges educators to examine how assumptions, expectations, culture, language, and personal experiences can influence the way we see and respond to students.

Through realistic school scenarios, reflection, discussion, and practical decision-making, participants learn to separate what they observe from what they assume, consider perspectives beyond their own, and develop more intentional responses to student behavior, engagement, and learning.

This isn’t about blame. It’s about looking again, asking better questions, and seeing the whole student.
